Aviva, 5BR Private New Designer Villa with Pool

Excellent place. Great spot very close to the beach and the house has everything needed to have a great time.

My husband, some friends, and I booked this villa to spend a nice weekend away from the city of Lima and to relax, our entire stay was very good, everything as per the photos, people who provided solutions for food and more, we didn’t have to think about anything else but to have a good time :) *the attention from Mrs. Isabel was Top Top!

Casa Aviva is simply spectacular. From the moment you arrive, you feel like you are in a special place: a modern, elegant house that is very well thought out, with incredible views. The infinity pool is a gem, perfect for relaxing while watching the sunset. The outdoor spaces (green areas, dining area, and terraces) are amazing, ideal for spending the day. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and have incredible views of the hills and the ocean. The bathrooms are modern and of very good quality. The design combines stone, wood, and details that make it feel luxurious yet cozy at the same time. The location in Vichayito is quiet and private, but close to everything you need. Without a doubt, one of the best places we have stayed in northern Peru. Perfect for disconnecting and enjoying. Emili and Angie are excellent hosts, and Isabel was always attentive and caring from our arrival. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had an incredible time!! The house is exactly like the photos, the facilities are very clean, and the view of the sea from the house conveys a lot of tranquility. I would definitely stay here again.
